USB or Power Adapter?

It’s better to  actually charge your iphone via usb of Windows or MacOS (not Linux not chrging correctly) PC or laptop for the reason that if you use a USB connection the voltage is already regulated. Versus directly putting it in electric socket the voltage might be not stable which could damage your iphone unless you use avr.
